Reiki is a system of natural hands-on healing which anyone can receive or learn. Reiki`s natural healing energy flows to all levels of being: physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.

No previous experience is required to learn or receive Reiki. Reiki is a non-invasive therapy whose purpose is to treat holistically and restore balance. Reiki cannot be used to do harm and is non-religious.

On a physical level Reiki will work gently and lovingly whilst at the same time helping healing at a deeper level. Reiki always works to restore balance and will sometimes help release emotional blockages.

Reiki energy can boost the bodies own natural ability to heal itself.It works wherever the recipient needs it most. Reiki will also remove energy blockages, clear toxins and restore balance to the body.

Reiki can promote health and well being for your mind, body and spirit .

Treatment

Receiving a Reiki Treatment is a simple process. You will lie down, fully clothed, on a treatment couch and relax. When the Reiki Treatment begins I will place my hands very gently on you in a sequence of positions. The Reiki energy will then flow through me to you.

Reiki will flow to every level of your being: mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. Typically you will feel very relaxed after a Reiki Treatment.

One year after achieving their Usui Master Teacher Degree all Reiki Masters qualify and if guided may start their training into the higher healing energies of Karuna Reiki^®
